My HP Office Jet Pro 8025 All in One printer is not working. It idisplaying the Event Code: 71.02.4B

I cleared a paper jam in my HPOfficeJet Pro 8025 All in One Product #: 1KR57A. It's not printing or copying and displays the Event Code: 71.02.4B, indicating a paper feed issue. There doesn't appear to be any jammed paper and the rollers look okay. I have turned or and restarted the printer multiple times. Any suggestions are appreciated? Thank you!
