Replace/Install Toner Tank Solution - where do I buy or what to do?

Hi, my printer keeps showing to replace the toner waste tank. I’ve cleared it and put it back but it doesn’t work. Do I need to purchase a new one? If so where do I buy it? I can’t seem to find it on the HP website.
