I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:

 

  • Power off the printer and unplug the power cord from both the back of the printer and the wall socket. Leave it unplugged for 60 seconds.
  • After waiting, reconnect everything back as it was.
  • When you power the printer on, immediately press and hold the touch panel for a few seconds until the below screen appears.
