Basic Power Reset:

1. Unplug the Printer: Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer while it's still on.
2. Wait 60 Seconds: Let the printer sit unplugged to allow it to fully reset.
3. Press & Hold the Power Button: While unplugged, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
4. Reconnect and Power On: Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Firmware Issues:

• If the printer turns back on properly, check for any pending firmware updates via HP Smart or HP official website.
