It sounds like your HP Laser MFP 135w is experiencing a corrupt print job or driver issue. The "decode failed" message and random symbols often indicate corrupted print data. Try these steps to fix it:
Cancel All Print Jobs
Windows:
- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your HP Laser MFP 135w and select See what’s printing.
- Click Printer > Cancel All Documents.
Mac:
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click Open Print Queue.
- Cancel any active print jobs.
Power Reset Your Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait 1-2 minutes to clear memory.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Remove and Reinstall Printer Drivers
Windows:
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select Remove device.
- Restart your computer.
- Download and install the latest drivers from HP’s website.
