5. Perform a Hard Reset
- Press and hold the Power button and Cancel button together for 15 seconds.
- Release the buttons and wait for the printer to restart.
6. Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Uninstall the printer software from your computer.
- Download and install the latest drivers from the HP website.
- Restart your computer and reconnect the printer.
