@PC169, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Since your HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer worked initially but now shows an error printing message from your HP AIO 7X637#ABA (Windows 11), while Android devices still print fine, the issue is likely with the Windows PC rather than the printer itself.
Restart Devices
- Restart the printer, PC, and Wi-Fi router to clear temporary glitches.
Check Printer Connection
- If connected via Wi-Fi, ensure the PC and printer are on the same network.
- If connected via USB, try using a different USB port or cable.
Run Windows Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
- Select HP Envy 6555e > Run the troubleshooter
Update Printer Drivers
- Download & install the latest drivers from HP’s official website
- Use HP Smart App to reconfigure the printer.
Clear Print Queue
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Find Print Spooler, right-click, and Restart.
- Also, delete pending print jobs:
- Open C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
- Delete all files inside.
Remove & Reinstall Printer
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
- Remove HP Envy 6555e and re-add it manually.
