It sounds like your HP ENVY PHOTO 6255 is experiencing slow printing and error messages, even after checking the ink, alignment, and updates. Try the following solutions:
1. Check for Print Queue Issues
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.
- Go to Control Panel→ Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your printer and select See what's printing.
- If there are stuck print jobs, cancel them all and try printing again.
2. Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor (Automatic Fix)
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Let the tool diagnose and fix common printing issues automatically.
3. Change Printer Preferences (Fix Slow Printing)
- Open Control Panel→ Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on HP ENVY PHOTO 6255 and choose Printing Preferences.
- Go to the Paper/Quality or Advanced tab.
- Set Print Quality to Draft or Normal instead of Best.
