I'm trying to get support to find a product based on product number. The HP Parts Store won't let me search for the part I need. So I tried to email Support for support on the Parts Store. Instead I get an error message.

All fields are fills out but the comment field is giving me an error message. This is my comment: "I go to the HP Parts Store and try to enter the part number that I am looking for. B5L37A. It is the toner-collection unit for a HP Color LaserJet M553. You Web Site is not working. Wen I try to search for the part, the Web Page refreshes but just goes back to asking for the part to look up. It doesn't give me any information for the part needed."
