I am trying to print a PDF to a networked printer. The paper we are using is "mailer" paper, that has some printing on the back (crosshatching so the paper can't be read through) and some chemical spots that stick together when folded so it can be put in the mail. So I set the tray to "Preprinted" and told Adobe printer settings to use "Preprinted". I got the Error Code 41.10.43 I cannot find any reference to this code anywhere. Any list of codes starting with 41 only go to 41.05.x
We tried telling Adobe print on plain paper, and it printed on the plain paper just fine.
We set the tray to "Intermediate 85-95g" and told Adobe printer settings to print "Intermediate 85-95g" and I got the error code 41.10.F3
I found an error code page that lists "41.05.YZ Unexpected type in tray" with a chart. The Y and Z correspond to paper types, of if the printer is expecting the try to have a Y of 4 (Heavy Paper 1) and paper in the try is a Z of 3 (Light Paper 1), that might be the issue. According to the chart F = "Other Mode" So I thought perhaps if I can get the two set the same way, that would fix the issue.
I then tried "Light 60-74g" for both the tray and Adobe. This time I got the error 41.10.33 But if the two numbers match, shouldn't it work?
I am completely lost at this point...
