Re: m140we does print after cancelling instant ink with new HP toner cartridge

Maybe it was missed in my original request, but we had already cancelled the ink contract and installed a brand new Genuine "HP toner cartridge" and tried rebooting multiple times.    Please help us narrow the resolution options to those that relate to our condition.  Thanking you in advance.
