I have done all of that. I am asking specifically about changing the TEXT printing. It is if prints at all very light greyscale. I want to 100% reset the printer as if it came out of the box, and I have to set all my settings on my own. If this is a piece of useless hardware now and I will have to buy a new printer. Color prints. All the testing/printhead cleaning has drained BRAND new 920XL cartridges to 1/3 their ink levels and I installed them on Monday. Black shows 50% already.
