I only know how to do this in Windows.
Look for a printer icon on the task bar.
Click it and select the printer if more than one.
If the job is stuck printing you will need to pause it first.
if there are additional jobs waiting you may want cancel them first before canceling the job you just paused.
For HP printers there is usually a way to cancel the current job by pressing the "X" somewhere on the printer. This does not affect the PC and you should probably pause the queue first.
I might also suggest that you prevent windows from managing your printers. If you try to print a word document and the last printer you used was a label printer, windows will send the job to the label printer instead of the default printer if you are not careful. This happened to me and I had to unplug the label printer to stop it as well as cancel the job.
