Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

• HP offers a Print and Scan Doctor tool that can diagnose and fix common printer issues, including supply system errors.
  1. Download and run the tool from HP's support site.
  2. Follow the instructions to let the tool check for and fix any issues with your printer.

Factory Reset

• If the error persists after all troubleshooting steps, you may want to try a factory reset as a last resort. This will erase all settings, so make sure to note down your printer settings beforehand:
  1. Go to the printer’s control panel.
  2. Find the Restore Factory Defaults option in the settings menu.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the printer.
