If you're having issues with the print queue on your HP LaserJet MFP M140w and it hasn't been resolved, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the problem:

1. Clear the Print Queue:

• Windows:
  1. Go to Control Panel> Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on your printer and select See what's printing.
  3. Click on Printer in the menu bar and select Cancel All Documents.
• macOS:
  1. Go to System Preferences> Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select your printer and click on Open Print Queue.
  3. Select the jobs and click the X to cancel them.

2. Restart the Print Spooler Service (Windows):

1. Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
2. Find Print Spooler in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.

3. Reboot Your Printer:

• Turn off the printer, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on again.

4. Check Network Connection:

• Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your computer, especially if you are using a wireless connection.

5. Update Printer Drivers:

• Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for your printer model. Install them and restart your computer.click here

6. Remove and Re-add the Printer:

• Windows:
  1. Go to Control Panel> Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on your printer and select Remove device.
  3. Add the printer again by selecting Add a printer.
• macOS:
  1. Go to System Preferences> Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select your printer and click the - button to remove it.
  3. Add it back with the + button.
