I was on the phone with 3 dif tech supports on Friday. In the end, they concluded, as with the first HP Laserjet M139we I purchased that this second one replaced, that it was a hardware issue. They said the cost of repair is the same as getting a new printer (now that my warranty has expired).
The wi-fi signal inside no longer works--usually after about a year of use.
Is it also true that without wi-fi inside working properly, the computer can no longer be used? Not even with an ethernet cable? SAD.
