I am using an HP All-in-One Printer, Model F380 since last 5 years without any problem. Recently it has gone out of order with an indication 'All lights are blinking'. H.M.Infotech, Behala, Kolkata-700034 - an authorised HP Printer Service Centre inspected the above Printer with normal service charge of Rs.250.00 and advised that the 'logic board/ card' is to be replaced but the same is neither supplied by HP nor is available in the market.
I enquired regarding availability of the logic card in different authorised HP Printer service centres, who expressed their concurrence regarding non availability of the same. One of them added that although All-in-One Printers are available in the HP shops for sale, but there is no supply of logic card. If available to any body, it will cost almost at par with a brand new All-in-One Printer - it is better to buy a new one.
Now, I just want to know that whether the HP All-in-One Printers are for 'Use & Throw' purpose OR can be repaired in due course?
