I can't print - several LEDs are on

Good afternoon,

I'm here to ask for your help because I can't print.

I have an HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

I am a subscriber to HP Instant Ink which on the website indicates that I do not need to replace the ink cartridges.

When I turn on the printer, the LEDs light up (see attachment please)

This situation had been happening for a while but after a few minutes it was online.

I appreciate your help.
