Update macOS and Printer Software

Ensure both macOS and your printer's drivers are up to date. Samsung might not have official drivers for newer macOS versions, but it's worth checking their website for any updates or patches.

Reinstall Printer Driver

  1. Remove Existing Printer: Go to System Preferences> Printers & Scanners, select your Samsung SCX3400, and click the minus (-) button to remove it.
