My HP Envy 4520 prints in color from my phone but not from my PC. Cannot access Preferences from PC

Using an HP PC with Windows 10 trying to print wireless in color to my HP Envy 4520. Prints in color fine from my android phone, but will only print in black & white from my PC. Cannot access printer Preferences. I get the message "Function Address 0x00007FFC4FAAB699 caused a protection fault, (exception code 0xe06d7363).
