I just wanted it to be known to the HP Company that I have had nothing but trouble with this HP printer. There is no place to make a general complaint that nothing seems to work properly with this printer. I continually get messages that this is wrong or that is wrong. Then when I get those fixed, I can get a page or two to print and then I get another message. And now I have not been able to print since May and I have gotten no assistance that solves the problems. The last and continuing event code 62.80.13 and details tell me the printhead is messed up. I haven’t printed enough pages on this printer to wear out any decent printhead. So, I wanted to explain to HP that the reason I am canceling my HP subscription and let my contact drop is due to lack of true support and a resolution of these problems. I believe I have wasted good money on this printer. And I am curious as to whether or not HP has received similar complaints on this particular model.
