f2210 won't print color

I have a F2210 All-in-One Printer which will not print in color. I have tried basically everything except reinstalling the software. I replaced my both color & black cartridge and aligned them and now cannot print in color. I made sure I was not printing in grayscale. I even tried taking the black cartridge out of the printer, leaving only the color cartridge in, but the pages only came out blank.

Any advice is helpful.
