try starting the unit with no connections. USB, cable network and disable the WIFI in your location temporarily to see if the device will then start. If it does, there is either a bad driver or corrupt job on a computer that has access to the printer and you need to track it down and get rid of it.
If it still cycles then you likely have a corrupted firmware or bad hardware. Search YouTube for a video on how to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer.
