To address the issue with your HP ENVY 6458e All-In-One Printer where it reads as "printer not available" says it is printing but then does not print, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check Printer Connection
Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
- Wireless Connection: Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- Wired Connection: If using a USB cable, ensure it is securely connected to both the printer and the computer.
2. Restart Devices
Power cycle both your printer and your computer.
- Turn off the Printer: Press the power button to turn off the printer.
- Restart the Computer: Restart your computer.
- Turn on the Printer: Press the power button to turn on the printer again.
3. Clear Print Queue
Sometimes, stuck print jobs can cause issues.
Open Printers & Scanners:
- On Windows: Go to Settings> Devices> Printers & scanners.
