Welcome to the HP Support Forums! :) I understand you are getting an error 'An error occurred during port configuration' access is denied when using your HP Deskjet 3325. I am assuming you are trying to install the printer using the driver built in to your Windows Vista Operating system.
Please make sure you installed and configured the proper driver in your Vista OS, take a look here: Installing and Configuring an Alternate Driver in Windows Vista
