Have tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor, and followed it's evaluation to no success. Still can scan and eprint but no direct printing.
Have uninstalled, reinstalled numerous times with the same results. I am running Windows 7 - 64 bit and it is telling me there is a problem with the software and to uninstall and reinstall. I have tried the diskette that came with the printer and even downloaded the installation package for the device on the HP Support.
When i click on fix printing, print test page option i get nothing, when i click on no print and then click test print again i get the print evaluation page.
