To start the troubleshooting off, I would suggest running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. One it may find something in the back ground that we are unable to see. Second I would like to also see if you are able to print the test page using the software, and without using the software.
To do this, you will need to first download, and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Please click on fix printing. When it gets to the Print Test Page option, please print the test page. Next you will want to click on No Print, and then click Test Print again.
Do either of these test pages print?
