Hi,
We have a HP LJ CP4525 which earlier today was reported to me as taking up to 30 minuites to spool a job. Upon looking into this I found an error reporting that internal disk was not functioning.
I removed the HDD from the formatter and upon connecitng as a slave it was obvious the drive was dead.
I have now replaced the SATA disk with the same size/brand disk from another faulty CP4525 which I have formatted as both FAT and NTFS (unsure which file system would be used) but upon booting the printer I get a message saying 'internal disk not initalized'
I have tried following various guides to resolve this but to no avail and I'm unfortuantly unable to find any info specific to this model.
Does anybody have any advice on how to resolve this?
