Welcome to the HP Support Forums! :) I understand your frustration and appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you have done to resolve your HP Deskjet 1010 issue with not printing documents. We know it is not the hardware as it is able to print a test page and print diagnostics from the front panel.
I would like you to start here: Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue, please disregard the title of the document as I know you have tried to go in the queue and did not see your print jobs, and I know you have already ran the PSDR and changed the USB cord, so please skip those and continue with the other steps.
