I saw your post about your Officejet 6500 showing you blinking lights and says to "turn off and turn on again" and resetting the printer doesn't seem to help.

Please respond to me with your printers exact model as there are a few for the 6500 and will send you a private message with instructions for another type of reset to see if that will help.
