RightFax MFP inbound fax cutting off the last page

Model HP LaserJet Flow E82650

We have installed the RightFax Connector Certificates on this MFP and it is cutting off the last page of every fax.  We have updated the firmware to the latest package.  Firmware Bundle Version:5.7.1.1

We have over 150 MFP's with this set-up and they are working fine.  This is the only one not showing the entire page.  I sent the same test fax to a different device and it transmitted the entire fax.  I have spoken with the OpenText vendor and they are saying it's some setting/issue with the MFP itself.

Any advice would be appreciated.
