Hi MattNav,
Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I understand the pictures are now printing all blurred.
I will be happy to help you.
Print a demo page to find out if it is hardware or a software issue.
On the printer select setup, (wrench icon) reports and demo page.
You can run a cleaning page and calibrate the toners on this unit.
On the printer select setup, (wrench icon) services, cleaning page.
You have already ran the calibration and it didn't help.
Here is a document for Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues.
What kind of paper are you using?
Was it the same paper that it print properly on?
Laserjet paper or bright white paper is recommended for Laserjet printers.
Advanced paper is porus made for inkjet printers which soaks into the paper.
Premium paper has chemicals and the ink soaks in and takes longer to dry.
Please let me know the results if you are still having issues.
Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
Have a nice day!
