Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are unable to use the ePrint feature of your Photosmart 6520 printer.
To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:
1) How is the printer connected (USB cable or wireless)? If your printer is connected by a USB cable that will cause the ePrint to fail. It needs to be connected to your wireless network to work.
2) When you press the ePrint button on the front panel of the printer do you get a summary screen or are you prompted to accept the terms of service?
3) Have you recently changed anything about your network configuration (router has had firmware update, new router, new internet service provider, etc)?
