For printing customer sizes, I do need to confirm some steps with you. This way I can provide with specific steps.

1. What program are you using to printer the envelopes?
2. Are you using Windows, or Mac?
3. What version of the operating system are running? If you need them, I have included the documents 'Which Windows operating system am I running?', and 'Finding your OS X version and build information'.
