The first step it says to do is run a Wireless Network Test Report, and follow the directions on how to fix.
The Wireless Network Test Report says
Wireless on....................pass
Wireless working............FAILED
On the top of the report is says to Contact HP Support......
Doesn't give me any other suggestions on how I can fix it.
I have done the other things it suggests in the link you provided...I have unplugged and powered off the printer
and let it sit. I have turned the router off and computer...But until the Wireless Radio starts to work none of the
other things will work.
