I have a $300 HP470 that has worked very well for 4 years but it went out of production 2 years ago and a $.10 plastic gear that broke in the paper chain is preventing it from working. I already paid a repair place a $50 fee to evaluate and possibly fix it but "no parts are available". How can it be that you don't support an expensive printer more than 2 years after production? Gives me a very bad taste for your equipment and the costly ink. I have been using a cheap Cannon that is bulkier but does a fine job, even without the battery. Want to sell me more ink? Make the parts available.
