If you have documents stuck in your Print Queue, then I would suggest following this HP document on Print Jobs are Stuck in the Print Queue. You will have to restart the Print Spooler on your computer.

 

If you would like to uninstall the printers software, then I will provide a HP document on Uninstalling the Software. Please choose your correct operating system.
