My upper tray on my printer will not grab the paper and if it is lucky enough to do so it just grabs it and stall. Message is to reinsert paper and start again. The rollers are spinning so that is not the problem. My technician said to dampen the cork across which the paper runs and this worked for one page but as soon as it dried the problem reappeared. Obviously this affects my ability to fax items. Any ideas? Is there a part I should be upgrading in the delivery part of this process?
