I am afraid to say that, the scan bulb is not available in stores.
You might try the below steps and check if it works out.
- When the printer is ON, unplug the power cord of the printer.
- Wait for full 60 seconds.
- Plug in the printer power cord directly to wall outlet ( by-pass surge / power strip ), and the other end to the printer.
- The printer should power on automatically.
- Try making a Copy.
