Re: HP Photosmart C309A - Black won't print and alignment failure message

I removed each cartridge and used a pin in the vent area. Some of the hp label seemed a little close to the vent so I peeled it back just a little. After replacing all cartridges now I am getting a message that the black is missing or damaged. It is in place and verified it clicked into place so not missing. I will purchase a new cartridge tomorrow and try again. I have always only used HP (new, not refilled) cartridges. I apprecate your help and will get back to you once I have a new cartridge.
