Printer is HP PSC 2210xi

Operating is windows 7

I am having the problem with FIrefox and Chrome -

H P Internet test page also prints in red -mauve - or

If I copy text from email to word - also prints red

PDF docs - red -

completely at a loss

Any help greatly appreciated
