Thanks for all the advice, I was having the same problem and I was able to correct by replacing the Yellow cartrage (Although I had just replaced all cartrages just a week ago). I've been using HP printers for over 20 years and have always used them until I wore them out; that is until about 4 years ago. In the past 4 years I have had 3 printers my most reciant being my HP4600 which is not a year old. Until I found this post, I was ready to change to another brand, but my question is where is the quality control on the print cartrages? Doesn't see to be much based on all the post with cartrage issues with the 4600.
