I called a 650 area code # for HP and spoke to someone in AMERICA! THEY solved my problem in 15min as opposed to the 2hours it took for the outsourced call to India. They agreed to send me a new printer. I am just waiting for an email to confirm everything for them but even so, they at least gave me direct # for the case manager I spoke to and a case#. So even if I don't get the email, I at least know who I need to contact and where. If anyone has issues with the outsourced calls, contact the complaints line or "customer relations" line as they call it, and they will handle your issues!
