How do I factory reset my HP Photosmart 7520 printer when “Cartridge Problem” message won’t clear?
I am unable to access my printer menu to reset my printer because it constantly displays a “Cartridge Problem” error message that states “one or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged.” I don’t have ink, it ran out…that shouldn’t prevent me from accessing the menu…but it is. How do I clear this?
Note: Printer is not connected to wifi, it is connected to computer via USB. I need to clear this message to access the menu in order to connect it to wifi.
