Hi all,
My HP 8500a was working great for months and the other night it stopped printing. I reinstalled the drivers and HP software and it prints fine from eprint, my iPad (wireless) & laptop (also wireless). It will not print from my desktop.
I downloaded and ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor and it said everything checks out but the test page won't print. I cliked No Print and printed and internal test page which worked. I am totally stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit version.
