Additional Info:
I took the printer to a shop and the guys there said there's nothing wrong with it. They asked me to bring my laptop so I did. It continues to have problems printing with my laptop, even with the USB cable.
I think the problem is with the software/driver that I downloaded. I am certain that I downloaded the software/drivers for my OS (WIndows 7 64-bit) so I'm thinking that perhaps the download was corrupted. I'm going to try downloading again. If there's still something wrong then I'll reinstall my OS.
