Tired and disgusted with HP right now. if I got 4 reams of paper, that's about 2000 sheets and the Print Head is shot! Missing or Failure, Restart Printer and call HP Support. All because of the black ink needed to be replaced. After the starter cartridges I am now on the second set. After reading these posts, I just knew that HP knew these were bad from the start and just needed the money. The only real solution is a "CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT" You bet I will find someone who will be willing to take HP on to get my (ours) money back or free repairs. ... "CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT" ....
