Thanks for your help. I followed these direction, and it seems there was a problem with my printer port. I created a new port with my printer's IP address and now I'm able to send documents to my printer.
However, the previous port is labeled as "CN24H2G1MS05RQ" and the description is "HP Network re-discovery port monitor" and I'm unable to configure or delete this port. Each time I try, I get an error message with error code "0x0000007b". Should I be concerned about this? Or is it ok to just leave it alone.
