I have a brand new C4620 printer . When I plug it in and press the power button it comes on, press power again and it shuts off, so far so good.
Now I shut it off and leave it for 5 minutes, come back and press the power button and it won't turn on. Only way to get it back on is to cycle power at the socket. Turn it off and leave it 5 minutes and same problem again.
I brought HP Because I imagined they were reliable and I need something the kids can printer homework on when I am away. Seems from the threads on this site that there are some fundamental issues with HP Product design on these printers.
Any help I can get would be appreciated.
