Purchased new HP Brand replacement cartridges (black & color), and receive the following message on every printing attempt:
"Replace empty cartridges or press [ok] to use black in only"
Upon selecting [ok], sometimes I receive a message saying that the cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced, and other times the document will print.........with a little color in it if it is required by the document.
I have seen others report this issue with no reponse from HP support. This forum is only as good as the people who support it.
Please provide a response to this issue to all of us who have made the conscious decision to purchase your product.
